This Sunday morning I spent doing a silver Triathlon in Hillerød, north of Copenhagen. The distance was 500m swimming, 40km cycling and 10km running. (That is, I almost completed it because pain in my back forced me to turn around after 4km of running, thus not making all 10km but only 8km).

The contest within the contest that made me participate was Tri for Children.
