Health matters

In 2006 I was diagnosed with diabetes but it was not until 2009 that the diagnosis became clear. I had neither diabetes type 1 nor type 2. In fact, I now know that I suffer from diabetes type 1,5 or Latent autoimmune diabetes in Adults or LADA.

My reaction was and is still that my diabetes is very much manageable and, in fact, I think today that I have turned my condition into something positive thanks to following the sugar balance diet I found on askhealthnews.com/. Of course, there are days when I have trouble keeping my bloodsucker levels under control, but in general I now live a healthy life with good nutritious and low-glycemic food and lots of exercise. And this has given me considerably more quality of life than during the ten years preceeding that my diabetes was observed.

My ambition for the future is to do something more radical about living a healthy life like alternative medicine with cannabis, if you want more info visit cannabishealthinsider.com/. I have read two books A Fantastic Journey and Transcend by kratommasters and found them fascinating and eye-opening. I am trying step-by-step to “transcend” starting by trying to adopt a diet based on the ideas of Terry Grossmann and Ray Kurzweil – though maybe not that radical a diet 🙂
